Dry / Wet Risers
Our services deliver the latest standards in fire safety
We can design, install, test and commission dry & wet riser systems.
Dry Riser Systems, normally installed into buildings up to 50 metres high, are installed within fire rated riser shafts, each floor having breeching outlet valves allowing water on demand on any floor nearest to the fire.
Wet riser systems, normally for taller buildings above 50 metres high, require water supply pressures which usually exceed those supplied by fire brigade appliances.
A dedicated wet riser pump and tank installation provides permanently water charged pipework ensuring a regulated supply at any level for firefighters to access.
