Flexible

We understand that the continued operation of your site is of paramount importance and we will carry out work at times to suit your operations. UK Fire Safety can also provide training for our customers. Proper training allows site personnel to get a good grounding in how sprinkler systems operate, as well as providing practical, ‘hands-on’ experience of using your site’s fire protection systems.

We have engineers on call 24 hours a day and because we design, install and maintain systems, we have the right experience to diagnose and repair your system rapidly. We carry and stock a wide variety of parts to support our service engineers.

Dedication

We service in accordance with prevalent rules and regulations, taking into account manufacturers’ service intervals.

We will give you access to your service and maintenance records on line, and, if required, we can produce a rolling asset management and maintenance schedule to aid with budget forecasting for expenditure on serviceable parts, as well as capital replacement cost forecasts for the duration of the agreed service contract.

If our engineers discover any faults during the course of routine service and maintenance inspections, then we will endeavour to fix the problem there and then! If that is not possible, and further work and consumable parts are required, then we will respond quickly with an itemised quote and carry out the work to your instructions as quickly as possible.
